Wasn't it changed that salvage can't be rebought anymore because of cores? I remember something there.

In other words, hopefully the free market value of legendary cores ends up less than 10k each (they should be between the bazaar buy and sell price, to prevent the stupidity you described).

Precisely BECAUSE of the free market, cores will be expensive, if they are useful. The rarity of cores is bigger than even artifacts. Of course, if they are pretty much pointless (i.e. like figurines, once you have a set), that's not doing much.

2 scenarios:

-cores are useful: They will eventually very pricey
-cores are useless: Nothing changes

Given that a new feature should kinda be useful, the second one is unlikely to happen. Though... looking at the overall balance of the game, you never know. Part of the system is an equipment overhaul, and HOPEFULLY a very heavy rebalance of existing stuff. That's why I'd never salvage right now. You might get rid of the next meta equip.

In the lottery, does the "Do Not Want" choice apply to both the core and the equipment, or just the equipment?
Since they are weirdly merged right now, it's a bit unclear.

Only those who Do Not Want can win the cores, and in doing so opt out of the equipment prize. Those after the intact equipment who don't select Do Not Want, can't win the cores.

The chance to win the cores replaces the old bonus win chance for the non grand prizes when Do Not Wanting (if I'm understanding right).

I think the debuff duration increase is still not working in persistent. I just looked around the wiki and the base durations for Weaken and Imperil are listed at 10. In the game it says 15. So, the duration increase is listed, both in persistent and Isekai. Max duration increase possible is 4x.

However I with 385 depr prof. hit Weaken for 40 turns, Imperil for less. That difference makes sense, as Weaken should be "maxed out" with my prof., but Imperil isn't. But 40 turns is still 4 times 10. Shouldn't it be 60 with 15 base?

For reference: In Isekai my Weaken lasts 53 turns, with 293 depr. prof.

In other words, I think it's still not working.

Note that you have to slot and unslot the ability to make it take effect right away.

So that's the only way? Because I can see some people stuck on old values for quite some time. Not that important with deprec stuff... I guess? I think that's why I didn't do it, because I didn't care if it happens now or on dawn (which is what I figured would be happening).

I want to post an example of a Riddlemaster:



This was took on PC but i want to point out the two llittle Pony, expecially the one below that can be barely seen.

An image like that on a smartphone is fundamentally unsollvable if there are 2 or 3 pony (in the pony is only one it is ok because one is always easy to spot).

There is a way to make the Riddlemaster behave differently on Smartphones to make it more readable?

Also, for what i see the riddlemaster is fixed in position on smartphone, it will not rotate with the screen so when you play rotated to see images bigger the Riddlemaster is seen from the side, it will not get bigger and you have to swipe left and right to see it all.

I d'on't know if this happen for everyone but playing a lot of RE on smartphone qhen i cannot do it at home this is giving me some problems.

I tryed to use Tampermonkey on Android (it will install a standalone ad hoc version of chrome, no no no) and also on FireFox (it just won't let me install it).

I ultimately decided to not use scripts on andorid, i play just RE so there is not a necessity to do it.

Actually the best thing to do is remove the possibilit that the RiddleMaster will start before round 1 of any mode, to greatly reduce the problems, i think a lot af people use Andorid to be able to play RE while moving just because they don't have enought time to do so at home.

there used to be a trick on firefox nightly for android, where you create a collection of addons that you can install. That allows tampermonkey to run on firefox nightly on android. I still use that at this moment, it still works. You can google for instructions.

I get the logic behind making the Riddlemaster harder, but I wonder if making the outlines of each pony a shade or two darker would help players to discern the image better when the ponies are clumped together.

Just a thought anyway.

Not that I generally do much more than Random Encounters, but I'm getting a message of increased stamina drain even though I've been getting the riddlemaster bonuses for solving those.

Please note: you get riddlemaster bonus even if you get the riddle wrong. You need to get all ponies right. Gotta catch them all. Then your stamina drain will be normal after a while.

Ok, it is a defensive equipment but it is in the Weapon Lettery and it will be equipped in the Off-Hand slot.

Like you say, it would be consistent with other parts of the game. It would also even out the distribution of core types a little, and add at least one rare type to the weapon category, so I think that's a good idea too.

Just add another core, shield core, problem solved
