I want to one day upgrade an item to max potency, but I keep giving up after each IW completion because each one takes 45+ minutes at IWBTH difficulty. Takes me about a month to recover my will to try again.
Strangely enough, tried on Nintendo difficulty once and the only difference I found was that there was a reduced chance of random deaths from damage spikes.
