What should I give for my Nephew's Childbirth Gift

That depends on how close you are to your nephew and how good you are with kids.
If it's just an obligation, some disposable diapers- a box of the smallest you can find and then a box of the next size up, because babies grow very quickly.
If it's someone who's "important to you," a nice soft blanket/comforter.
See if you can have one embroidered with the birthdate

If your nephew is "important" and the child will be also--
*AND* you're good with kids, make up a half dozen babysitting certificates redeemable for whenever nephew+partner need their *away time*
Be ready to feed, change diapers, play with and entertain.
If you're not serious about it, don't do this. If you *are* serious about it, let them know you mean for them to use the certificates.
