About five days ago, I posted a French translation on my account.

I have a small idea why. In the comments under the translation, I mentioned that I found the hentai quite inconsistent, with a confusing story and characters.

Maybe as a translator, I'm not supposed to give negative opinions on the translations I do, especially if it doesn’t reflect well on the artist… Like, compliments are okay, but critiques, not so much. So, in a way, it was a form of respect for the artist’s work. I just would have preferred to receive a warning or a notice, something like: 'Translate, but keep your opinions to yourself... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
