The Mad Hather invites you to participate in a Hath Give-Away & Lottery event to celebrate this occasion.

How to enter for a small prize (50% of prize pool divided equally over all entries)
Just post a link to cloth armor cap with EID higher than 297522362 owned by you (persistent equipment only)
One cap is enough to enter. But you are allowed to enter more than 1.
you can enter up to 3 cloth cap equipment:

1. One Magnificent or lower quality cap (Magnificent or Exquisite or Superior or Average or Fair or Crude)
2. One Legendary quality cap
3. One Peerless quality cap

Each valid entry will get a ticket with number, see next post

How to make your entry participate in the lottery-part of the event as well
RENAME your cloth armor cap(s) before posting them.
renaming is mandatory for entering the lottery (IW to 10, then click 'rename' and change the name)
make the equipment name as funny as possible - make the Mad Hatter proud (this does not affect your chance of winning).
Read the rules carefully!

Rules - read carefully!
- if you want to participate in the lottery part, your equipment needs to be renamed
- if your equipment is not renamed, you will only get a ticket with number 99999, which will only give you the small prize that every valid entry gets
- if you first post equipment without rename, and then rename, you need to re-submit the equipment in a new post
- you will not get a PM if your entry is invalid, check in this thread after a couple of days to make sure that you have a valid ticket
- max 3 entries per person, 1 per quality:

1. One cap of 'Magnificent or lower' quality: Magnificent or Exquisite or Superior or Average or Fair or Crude
2. One Legendary quality cap
3. One Peerless quality cap

- Use as many posts as you need, no need to put all caps in a single post
- No editing until you have a valid ticket.
--- If you edit after you have a valid ticket, the edit is ignored and you keep your valid ticket.
--- If you edit before you have a valid ticket, your post becomes invalid.

- equipment must be EID > 297522362
- equipment must be a cap, any type (cotton, phase)
- equipment must be tradable
- equipment must be owned by you until you have a valid ticket listed in 2nd post (usually a couple of days after you posted it)
- A cap can only be entered by 1 person, first entry counts
- if you change your display name after entering, please PM me before end of event, or you don't get a prize. (your prize will go to the next player in order of MM sending and they can keep it)
- if you don't take the prize from the MM within one month after sending, I'll recall the prize and you get nothing

- 50% of prize pool goes to the 10 renamed equipment with ticket number closest to target, closer to target gets bigger share
- 50% of prize pool goes to all valid entries, shared equally over all entries

Play HV and get an cloth cap equipment drop. IW that cap to 10 and rename it to a funny name. Then post the renamed cap by posting like this:or like this (but then renamed to for instance Holy Hat of Humorous Handle):Last 3 characters of equipment link: 94a

I convert that from HEX to DEC to get the lottery ticket number
My lottery ticket number is then: 2378
To win, this lottery ticket number must be very close to the lottery ticket number of my Mystery Cap. Ranking is based on absolute numeric difference between your lottery ticket number and the goal
If you make it into the top 10 - good for you, you get more of the prize pool!
If not, - still good, everyone gets a share of the prize pool.
