Contest Prizes:
At least three winners will be selected out of all the banners by a panel of staff. However, if your banner sucks ass, even if we need 3, oh well.
Either 3, 5 or 7 banners will be chosen, and will be rotated with frequency determined by placing. Prizes are:
1st: 500 Hath
2nd: 500 Hath
3rd: 500 Hath
4th: 300 Hath
5th: 300 Hath
6th: 300 Hath
7th: 300 Hath
Rules:
1.
Use the banner template found here: link (see below)*
2. There must be at least one female character present. Likewise, no male characters (or any penises) are allowed.
3. Absolutely
no nudity.
3a. Partially exposed lolicon characters due to convenient censoring or cropping are not allowed either.
4.
*NOTHING* (characters, shadows, backgrounds, accessories, et al) may end or be cropped on/at the left or right side.
4a. Accepting banners that exceed the the text horizontal recommendation will be at the discretion of the judges at voting time.
You have been warned.4b. Banners that move the text vertically will be disqualified.
5. Characters must either be from the same series (preferably in the same art style) or must be connected by theme (i.e. catgirls, christmas, bunnies, Airddragon, etc)
5a. Use of characters from IPs owned by aggressively protective companies (such as Blizzard or miHoYo [Genshin Impact] as an example) is prohibited. If you are unsure, please ask.
6. Don't put things greatly obscuring the logo.
7. Banner must be link as a PNG image file, preferably as a forum attachment.
7a. Banners may not be animated, even in PNG format.
8. Each person may only submit one banner, or we will use
the first one that appears in the thread9. You must understand that I love you all. Except Spectre. 
10. Though commendable, please do not include artist credit or signatures within the banner art.
If you're not sure if it'll slide, ask in the thread before posting your entry, or look at past entries in this subforum.

* The new banner template is in a PSD with the text isolated. In the workpaths I've included vertical limits (the text shouldn't be moving vertically regardless) and horizontal limit recommendations so you know how far you should be moving the text.
This spacing works best with even numbers of characters; split between each side, or three characters; two on one side and one on the other. I have also included PNG's of the banner with the text justified left, right, and center for those that can't open PSD's.

Just click on the stool-colored star in the top right corner of each post and then on the image you want to turn into a banner. Clicking on the star again should reverse any changes.
(if you use HTTPS in the forums, you might have to allow mixed content - the site's homepage is not accessible through HTTPS)
