Is Expansion Fan Comics considered DNP (www.expansionfan.com)?
ExpansionComics is on the list, but I am unsure whether Expansion Fan is related to ExpansionComics or not.

DNP is only rescinded if the copyright holder requests it (don't recall this ever happening) or if they release their works freely (droid447/homealone447 did this not long ago).

Well, if something went defunct (proof) and not just rebranded itself this may merit further discussion. An by discussion, I mean ruling from big boss Ten.
