I finally got the chance to write a testimony. Should have written one 3-4 months ago, but better late than never, plus I now have a better assessment of the skill. Also helps bumping this thread, which I hope is appropriate.
OFC is extremely powerful and will likely kill all non-boss enemies even outside spirit stance. It costs 200 overcharge and will likely boot you out of spirit stance and unable to use any skills. As someone who pretty much only play arenas (and random enctounters, but that's not where you can use OFC), back in early level 200, when the arenas are mostly random mobs, this will clear any non-final round and send you to the next one, and not having spirit stance (for 1H) or opening with FB (for DW) is quite problematic. It is still very useful for deleting final round, mind. Starting from level 225 arenas, however, many rounds will contain at least one boss (schoolgirls, I believe?), and this boss usually have enough HP to survive. Perfect chance to safely beat them to generate overcharge, though mind due to long 50 rounds cooldown you can probably do this only every other round unless you do some serious stalling. Final round contains lots of bosses and you get even more mileage from the cannon, too.
TLDR: Fun to use pre-225, extremely useful afterwards.
