Are you sure the omake pages were distributed with the 信号無視 work? All the sources online seem to suggest they were distributed separately.

At least here mentions that is the omake for that book.

At any rate, even if the main doujin is lower quality that the gallery that replaced it, it's a more complete gallery since it includes the omake and it's not available anywhere else.

The strangest part is the the uploader of the better gallery mentions that they will upload the omake but never did.
