I have the Dark Descent hath perk. I can reforge your gear at the Dark Descent rate for free. Send me the equipment and amnesia shards and I'll send it back to you ASAP.
IW Level 1-2: Play on ~Hell and reforge yourself if you don't get your desired potency on the first level
IW Level 3-4: 2 shards
IW Level 5-6: 3 shards
IW Level 7-8: 4 shards
IW Level 9-10: 5 shards
