2. If you're joining this Lotto for the first time (meaning your username is not in the Entry List @ Post #2, post a picture of your favorite Touhou****, and type out their full name (first name + last name) above your posted picture. You may not need to strictly post the same character with your avatar's. Do it right, wait for me to add you to the list and then proceed to the next step.
3. Post a picture of your favorite KanColle****** girl!
4. Above your posted picture, post the girl's name!
