Maybe Cappucino or Machiato. Can you drink right before you sleep? For me I have no problems with that and become VERY dependent on coffe. Kinda my drug. Its legal and it does the job I guess. My preferences would be just black coffe. Preferably strong but I can do many types. No Coffe No Life!
